Derm & Rejuvenation Institute in Santa Monica is looking for a polished, energetic, highly motivated Patient Experience & Aesthetic Care Coordinator to join our physician-led dermatology and aesthetic medicine practice.

This role is ideal for someone who has already proven they can build relationships, understand customer needs, follow up consistently, and confidently guide people toward a purchase—but now wants to apply those skills in a more sophisticated, rewarding healthcare environment.

SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED:

We are specifically looking for someone who already understands how to:

• Build trust quickly.
• Ask thoughtful questions and uncover needs.
• Educate customers and explain value.
• Follow up with leads and prospective clients.
• Overcome hesitation without being pushy.
• Recommend products or services with confidence.

Experience in beauty, skincare, luxury retail, cosmetics, hospitality, wellness, med spa, fitness, membership sales, or other high-touch sales environments is especially valuable.

Strong customer service experience is also required.

You should genuinely enjoy taking care of people, solving problems, creating a memorable experience, and making every interaction feel personal.

We will provide training in areas such as:

• Dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
