• Week 2: Fri 7/10, Mon 7/13
• Week 3: Wed 7/15, Fri 7/17, Mon 7/20
• Week 4: Wed 7/22, Fri 7/24, Mon 7/27
• Week 5: Wed 7/29, Fri 7/31

• Active RN license in practicing state required.
• 1 year of dialysis or renal nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS required; ACLS may be required.
• Experience with hemodialysis machines and protocols.
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of infection control and vascular access care.

• Dialysis Procedures:
  • Perform pre and postdialysis patient assessments.
  • Initiate, monitor, and terminate dialysis treatments.

• Patient Management:
  • Manage vascular access sites (fistula, graft, catheter).
  • Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered.
  • Monitor patient response; intervene for complications.

• Documentation & Education:
  • Document treatments, assessments, and status in the EMR.
  • Educate patients on dialysis care, diet, and fluid management.
