Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 technicians. Set the pace for the store and tone for the team. Start each day with a huddle, assign bays, and keep workflow steady. Coaching and stepping in on the floor as needed. Talk with customers to explain options and help them get back on the road confidently. Install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean new tires and wheels. Organize inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts. Provide an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience. Qualifications Hands‑on stamina and ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Valid driver's license. High school diploma or equivalent. Servant leadership energy – calm under pressure, positive can‑do attitude, and integrity.
