What You'll Do
Engage with warm leads through calls, texts, and virtual meetings
Learn our products and guide clients through smart insurance decisions
Meet individual sales goals with support from a high-performing team
Participate in ongoing training and real-time coaching
Contribute ideas, feedback, and energy to a collaborative team culture
What You Need
Strong communication and self-motivation
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain (we’ll help)
