About the Position

Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 3+ years License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: - 3 years of experience - BLS - ACLS Description: Position available for a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. The role involves working four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with varying days off. Weekly guaranteed hours are 36. Weekend responsibilities include on-call shifts only. No floating requirements. The unit has 10 operating rooms with various surgical equipment. The electronic medical record system used is EPIC. The patient population includes general, orthopedic, spine, neuro, GYN, ENT, robotics, urology, podiatry, vascular, and open-heart surgery. Candidates should possess a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing conditions. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, attentive, and capable of anticipating needs. Surgery scrubs will be provided for the role. Robotics training and experience with vascular or open-heart procedures are preferred but not required.
