Minimum Requirements Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program, or equivalent entry-level degree as required by state licensure. Current Nevada Physical Therapist license required prior to the start of the assignment. Proof of current CPR certification required. Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance required. 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required. Previous home health experience preferred. Ability to perform clinical assessments, develop and revise Plans of Care (POC), document progress notes, and follow physician orders. Ability to provide treatment for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic conditions, instruct on safe use of assistive devices, and order/adapt rehabilitative equipment for home environments. Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally for patient visits. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, and prolonged standing and walking. Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
