Step into the flow of production
Picture your day starting at first light. You gear up, check the production schedule, and coordinate with teammates. A tanker arrives with bulk alcohol—you manage the safe offload, guide the transfer to designated tanks, and then move straight into precise blending, batching, filtering, and product transfers according to approved formulas and SOPs. Throughout the shift, you keep a close eye on tank readings and inventory documentation to support production timing and lab approvals, while maintaining top standards for safety, food safety, quality, GMP, and environmental compliance.
Schedule2-2-3 rotating schedule | Day shift (5:45 AM – 6:00 PM)
What you’ll handle- Unload tanker trucks delivering alcohol and oversee bulk receiving with accuracy and care.
- Execute blending, batching, filtering, and transfers per approved formulas, SOPs, and production timelines.
- Monitor tank levels, inventory records, and documentation to enable precise production and lab approvals.
- Uphold safety, food safety, quality, GMP, and environmental requirements; keep work areas orderly.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and meet production goals.
- High School diploma or GED.
- 2+ years in a manufacturing, processing, or batching environment.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Background with processing, batching, or blending operations.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food/beverage manufacturing standards.
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Comfort working in both indoor and outdoor settings.
