Job Description

The Investigations Data & Compliance Analyst will serve as a key functional expert responsible for analyzing complex internal investigations data to support executive decision-making and organizational risk mitigation. This role will provide expertise in investigations reporting, compliance analytics, data governance, and the EthicsPoint platform while translating investigation metrics into actionable insights for senior leadership and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Experience in investigations data analysis, compliance analytics, risk reporting, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with EthicsPoint, NAVEX, or similar ethics and compliance reporting platforms.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Experience developing executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Strong understanding of compliance, investigations, risk management, and data governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting and workflow solutions.
• Experience working with Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, IT, and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or another highly regulated industry, along with experience using business intelligence or data visualization tools.
