ServiceNow Developer

Salary: $70,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• Hold an active Secret clearance.
• Have at least two years of ServiceNow development experience, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom applications, and a development methodology.
• Have at least three years of web development experience, including web services, XHTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, and jQuery or Angular.
• Have at least three years of experience with one or more back-end technologies—JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion—and their integration with ServiceNow.
• Demonstrate experience delivering core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Demonstrate experience with ServiceNow APIs and integrations.
• Demonstrate the ability to develop solutions that follow architectural standards and ServiceNow best practices.
• Demonstrate the ability to plan and carry out platform upgrades and application releases across production and preproduction environments.
• Have experience with Agile development methodologies and the ITIL framework.
• Hold a BS/BA in Computer Science, MIS, or a related IT discipline, or have four additional years of related professional experience in place of the degree.
• Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Preferred: ServiceNow CIS IT Service Management certification or a similar ServiceNow certification.

• Understand the technical aspects of our ServiceNow implementation, including process and solution integration, workflow design and configuration, integration components such as SSO and LDAP, and reporting.
• Support ServiceNow by troubleshooting complex software issues, implementing fixes, and conducting root cause analysis.
• Configure ServiceNow with no-code or low-code methods, including catalog items, workflows, form views, choice lists, dashboards, and portals.
