Accounting Manager

Pay Range: $120,000 - $130,000 base salary plus bonus Benefits: Annual incentive and a benefits package to all full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan match, health savings accounts, etc. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the accounting team while overseeing day-to-day accounting operations. Own the month-end close process, GAAP financial reporting, treasury activities, and reconciliations. Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and support audits and lender reporting. Prepare quarterly forecasts, financial analyses, and support mortgage banking accounting activities, including loan valuations and commission calculations. Key Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of accounting experience with strong GL, month-end close, and treasury experience. 2+ years of leadership experience. Mortgage industry experience is preferred. Experience with NetSuite, Encompass (LOS), and strong Excel skills are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Connect Search, LLC
