Commercial Real Estate Attorney: Ownership & Deals

Leading San Francisco law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join its growing team. The firm represents a diverse client base including developers, landlords, tenants, technology companies, and institutional investors, and is known for its collaborative culture and sophisticated transactional work. This role is ideal for an attorney with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions who is looking to take ownership of matters while working closely with experienced partners on complex deals. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases (landlords and tenants), asset management and related transactional agreements. Manage transactions from inception through closing, including due diligence, title and survey review, and closing coordination.
