Residential Service Electrician

Specialized Electric is launching its residential service division, and we're hiring the electrician who'll run the first truck, set the standard, and grow with it as it expands. Kent, the owner, has been an electrician since 1988 and built this company from the tools up, so he knows exactly what it takes to build something right from day one. What You'll Get: $40-45/hr depending on experience Performance incentives and bonus opportunities Company vehicle 100% company-paid medical insurance Dental and vision plans available 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and PTO Safety equipment provided A real path to lead the department as it grows What You'll Be Doing: Running residential service calls: troubleshooting, repair, and installation Owning the whole customer experience, from diagnosis to presenting pricing options to collecting payment Explaining electrical issues to homeowners in plain language Helping build the pricing standards, workflows, and processes for the department Building repeat customers and long-term relationships Keeping documentation and invoicing accurate Keeping your truck clean, your appearance professional, and your work code-compliant Who We're Looking For: You're the tech homeowners ask for by name. You can diagnose fast, explain clearly, and close the job without cutting a corner. And you want to build something, not just clock calls. Beyond that: Active Colorado Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license (required) 1+ year of full-time residential service experience (required) Experience with customer-focused service programs is a strong plus Self-motivated and comfortable running solo Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Authorized to work in the United States Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen & background check ** ** Specialized Electric Company | Golden, CO | specializedelectric.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
