As a Residential Field Sales Representative, you'll help customers discover the benefits of WOW!'s industry-leading internet and technology services while building valuable sales, communication, and relationship-building skills that can accelerate your career. - Base Salary: $38,000/year + uncapped commission!
- Target compensation = $90,000

- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records
- Partner with sales leaders and teammates to continuously improve and grow
- Enjoy talking with people and building relationships
- Are self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Want to learn and grow professionally
- Are comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
- Are coachable and open to feedback
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Work outdoors and within local neighborhoods in varying weather conditions
- Drive throughout your assigned territory
- Regularly walk, stand, and interact with customers
- Use company technology to manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Availability to work evenings and occasional weekends when customers are most available
