Your Benefits Package

This role comes with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

• Base Salary: $120,000 – $140,000

• Monthly Production Bonus, No Negative Accrual

• Paid Time Off

• CE Allowance with Dedicated Days

Our Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a veterinarian who brings both clinical skill and emotional intelligence to the team.

• DVM from an AVMA-accredited program

• Licensed (or eligible) in Arizona

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident yet coachable, with a willingness to learn and grow

• Open to performing surgery and dentistry, but not required

• Interest in ultrasound is a plus

• New graduates are encouraged to apply!
