What We’re Looking For: Hold a valid California Physical Therapy license At least 2 years experience working in a school-based setting Posses strong clinical, interpersonal and documentation skills Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with caregivers and professionals Committed to continuous learning professional development What You’ll Be Doing: Conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized assessments observations, and interviews Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with SMART goals Contribute to IEP and medical team meetings as an active member Participate in equipment/assistive technology evaluation and trainings Benefits Include: Medical, dental and vision coverage 401K with company match Student loan pay-down assistance Paid sick days/ mental health/ wellness days Opportunity for school-based calendar, summer off!
