Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong assessment, therapy planning, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt services to both middle/high school caseloads and elementary evaluation needs
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to build rapport with students and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver SLP therapy services to a diverse middle and high school population
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary students, collaborating with multidisciplinary staff
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
• Consult with families, educators, and professionals for student support
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student success
