Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care to Cardiac Telemetry and Cardiac Step-Down patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data to support patient safety and treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes
• Float to other units as needed based on staffing and patient care demands

Required Qualifications

• Current and active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in cardiac telemetry and/or cardiac step-down nursing
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to varying unit environments and patient populations
