Job Description

Build and manage a portfolio of clients. Win new business through targeted outreach and lead generation across your area. Own the recruitment process from first conversation through to placement. Manage and grow your own network of candidates and clients, both new and existing. Source, screen and assess candidates using a range of online tools and platforms. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver hiring solutions that last. Run structured interviews to assess experience, capability and motivation. Lead contract and fee negotiations with potential clients.

Bachelor's degree (Spring 2027) Internship experience (sales, business development, or recruitment) Competitive nature Involvement in school clubs, organizations, sports, etc. High energy, determination and resilience Proven track record of success, achieving metrics, delivering results Strong desire to be a top performer within a winning team
