**Job Overview:**
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of equipment and systems within our facility. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in accordance with the company's standards and policies. This position requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining optimal operational performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment and machinery, implementing solutions promptly to minimize downtime.
3. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
4. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including maintenance logs, equipment records, and repair reports.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
6. Recommend and implement improvements to maintenance processes and procedures.
7. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
8. Provide training and support to junior team members and production staff as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent technical training and experience.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or a similar role in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
