As we continue our 4x growth trajectory, we're looking for a Paint Production Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and takes ownership of results.About the RoleThe Paint Production Manager oversees 6–10 residential painting projects per week — managing schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring flawless execution from prep to final walkthrough. You'll be the driving force that keeps operations running smoothly — ensuring every project is completed on time, on budget, and up to our premium quality standards.
