Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Newark, DE
Pay: $70,000 – $95,000 annually + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available (Day / Day-Evening / Evening)
Position Type: Full-Time Permanent

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for an exciting Full-Time Permanent opportunity in Newark, DE .

Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot radiographic imaging equipment
• Serve as a subject matter expert for radiology software and imaging systems
• Support clinical education and training for staff and students
• Assist with advanced imaging procedures across multiple specialties including neuro, trauma, orthopedics, urology, vascular, and general surgery
• Operate imaging equipment including C-Arms, portable X-ray machines, vascular hybrid rooms, contrast power injectors, stealth navigation consoles, and O-Arm systems
• Provide imaging support for endografts, angiography, cardiac procedures, trauma applications, and intra-operative workflows
• Support PACU and HVIS imaging operations
• Maintain imaging quality, patient safety, and departmental workflow efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
• Graduate of an accredited 2-year Radiology Technology program
• ARRT Certification required
• Delaware State Radiologic License required (or obtainable upon acceptance)
• Strong experience in diagnostic imaging and procedural radiology environments

Available Shifts:
Evening Shift:

• Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Weekend call every 6th weekend
• 1–2 holiday call shifts annually (24-hour call)

Day/Evening Shift:

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Minimum 1 evening call shift weekly (4:30 PM – 11:00 PM)
• 1 weekend call every 6 weeks
• 1–2 holiday call shifts annually

Day Shift:

• 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Four days per week with 1 rotating comp day
