Warehouse Associate & Customer Service Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dual-skilled Warehouse Associate / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is not just a packing job; it is a critical role that bridges the gap between physical warehouse operations, logistics, and front-line customer service.

The ideal candidate possesses strong physical stamina, sharp attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and Shopify, and the communication skills necessary to support customer relationships and monitor inventory needs. You must be someone who takes extreme ownership of your workspace and tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Operations

· Order Fulfillment: Start fulfilling orders no later than 8:15 AM. Ensure all standard orders placed before 3:00 PM ship the same day (urgent orders fulfilled as needed).

· Quality Control: Pack orders neatly, apply correct product labels, and ensure high-quality presentation.

· Inbound Shipments: Accurately count incoming shipments, verify and sign packing slips, and immediately update the team via Slack, email, or other internal channels.

· Carrier Logistics: Work confidently with UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and freight companies. Must possess strong knowledge of scheduling, shipping, and receiving processes.

· Cost & Supplies: Monitor shipping costs and flag abnormalities to management. Track levels of packing supplies and product labels, requesting replenishment before running out.
