Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position will be responsible for ensuring the facility's buildings, equipment, and systems are properly maintained. Benefits: Medical Dental Vision 401(k) Life Insurance PTO Responsibilities: • Perform a wide range of repairs and upgrades, including but not limited to general handyman work, plumbing repair, installation, and assembly of various things. • Record keeping of stock and supplies. • Perform preventative maintenance. • Identify safety concerns and coordinate corrections. • Maintain good housekeeping and organization. • Maintain a schedule for maintenance projects with assistance from the operations coordinator. • Travel to both office locations depending on the tasks required. • May include tasks like snow removal and other general upkeep duties. • Special tasks as assigned. • This position is safety sensitive. Qualifications: • Must have 5+ years of maintenance experience. • Must have experience in mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, building, and equipment maintenance. • OSHA 10 certification, highly preferred. • Class E driver's license, highly preferred. • Handyman experience is highly preferred. • Forklift certification is a plus. • Able to travel occasionally when necessary. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Must have excellent time management and planning abilities. • Able to recognize safety concerns. • Ability to handle physical workload. • Proficiency with different tools and equipment Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly DOE
