We are more than products, we are a team of inspired people doing extraordinary things.**Your Opportunity**:As a **Logistics Specialist I** for Greenheck Group you will be responsible for identifying and implementing cost-effective transportation and business process solutions through the extensive review of data, supporting Greenheck Group's customer care team, and managing the 3PL relationship. As a **Logistics Specialist II** for Greenheck Group you will be responsible for optimizing networks using 3PL partners, solving medium complexity transportation issues, analyzing and correcting shipping processes, and supporting pre-shipment requests. In addition, administer system activities, maintain SAP data, and ensure prompt processing of materials. Develop process improvements, monitor shipments, and create training documentation.**What you’ll be doing as a level I:*** Oversee transportation decisions for Greenheck Group shipping points utilizing 3PL Partner to establish optimal transportation network.* Tactical problem solving of day-to-day transportation issues.* Analyze shipping process problems and execute corrections needed.* Support pre shipment requests from Sales Support Team.* Be the primary logistics contact across all Greenheck Group locations (including international).* Administer various system activities to support initiatives in customer service, system integrity, and on time shipping metrics.* Maintain SAP (our Enterprise Resource Planning program) master data for distribution and logistics functions to ensure prompt and accurate processing of materials and shipments.* Develop and implement business process improvements for distribution, shipping, and transportation functions.* Monitor open truckload shipments and reports to ensure updates and system requirements are kept updated.* Develop and cross-train to support all distribution office activities.* Develop and support training documentation for the Sales Support Team.* Create, train, and maintain multiple SOP documents to ensure system work and processes are adhered to at all SAP shipping points.* Provide a daily status update that tracks performance and orders ready to ship.**What you’ll be doing as a level II:*** Oversee transportation decisions for Greenheck shipping points utilizing 3PL Partner to establish optimal transportation network.* Tactical problem solving of day-to-day transportation issues. Tackle medium complex problems. Serve as a resource and mentor to lower-level logistics team members.* Analyze shipping process problems and execute corrections needed.* Analyze and correct shipping process problems.* Support pre-shipment requests from the Sales Support Team.* Act as the primary logistics contact across multiple Greenheck Group locations (including international).* Administer system activities to support customer service, system integrity, and on-time shipping metrics.* Maintain SAP (our Enterprise Resource Planning program) master data for distribution and logistics functions to ensure prompt and accurate processing of materials and shipments.* Assist in the development and implementation of improvements in distribution, shipping, and transportation processes.* Monitor truckload shipments and ensure updates meet system requirements.* Develop and support training documentation for the Sales Support Team.* Create, train, and maintain SOP documents to ensure adherence to processes at SAP shipping points.* Provide daily status updates tracking performance and order readiness.* Assist in special projects related to transportation as needed.* Lead, train, and develop direct reports.**What you should have as a Level I:*** 4-6 years of relevant work experience in supply chain management (logistics, transportation, and operations management) required.* 2 Year / Associate Degree in business, supply chain, or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.* 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in business, supply chain, or a related field of study preferred.* Previous ERP (enterprise resource planning) preferred.* SAP specific experience is preferred.**What you should have as a Level II:*** 4-6 years of relevant work experience in supply chain management (logistics, transportation, and operations management) required.* 2 Year / Associate Degree in business, supply chain, or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.* 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in business, supply chain, or a related field of study preferred.* Previous ERP (enterprise resource planning) preferred.* SAP specific experience is preferred.**A few things you should know:*** Minimum travel is required.* Will work on-site in Bushnell, FL.**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program.
