Description: General comments about the facility. The unit includes 76 beds, with specific configurations for ICU, CMU, and MS. The patient ratios are not applicable for this unit. Unit staffing includes secretaries and techs as needed. Available equipment includes PB840s and 980s, Philips V60s, and Hamilton C-1s. The documentation system used is MEDITECH. Staff scheduling requires three 12-hour shifts and every other weekend. Specific floating policies are not applicable. Patient experience requirements align with general hospital standards. Certifications required include BLS and ACLS; PALS and NRP are preferred. There are no specific uniform color requirements. Unit guidelines and policies should be attached for review. The staff has achieved high engagement scores in May 2024. The facility promotes a culture of flexibility and engagement. Staff tend to stay as long as possible and many return for future assignments.
