Human Resources Project Manager

Responsibilities Drive execution of HR programs and initiatives. Collaborate with HR business partners to meet business needs. Coordinate and execute complex HR initiatives tied to transformation roadmap. Support culture integration efforts. Create visibility into risks and manage effectively. Prepare decision-ready materials for HR meetings and leadership forums. Requirements First level university degree. Typically 4+ years of experience in an HR function and/or a generalist role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive presentations. Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and project tracking. PMP certification is a plus. Proven project management experience in complex, cross-functional environments. Experience in organizations undergoing transformation, integration, or operating model changes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
