Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Outpatient Clinic Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8 Hour Days Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Two or more years of nursing experience required License: State RN license required Certifications: Current BLS required Must-Have: - Nursing - Patient Care - Case Management - Triage - Documentation Description: Provides high quality professional nursing services in a variety of settings. Responsible for walk-in and telephone triage. Coordinates patient care through collaboration with the patient/family and healthcare team. Provides patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting individual patient needs, actions taken, and patient responses. Responsible for case management based on PCP panels, in collaboration with network providers to include nurse visits and telephone management. Delegates or assigns aspects of patient care to healthcare team members commensurate with their validated competency to perform the task. Documentation is performed within the scope of practice. Performs other functions as required.
