As a General Production Worker, you'll help operate rotational molding equipment, load materials, and handle finished parts. This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a facility with rotational molding machines. The environment is fast-moving, with continuous production activity. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may rise in the summer, though large industrial fans help maintain airflow. Expect frequent lifting, standing, and movement throughout the shift. Proper PPE and safety practices are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Lake, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
