Restaurant Assistant Manager (Front‐of‐House) – High‐Volume Casual Dining

Minneapolis, MN

Base Pay Range of  $65,000 to $70,000

We are seeking strong, high‐volume Front‐of‐House Restaurant Managers who thrive in fast‐paced environments, love developing people, and know how to deliver an unforgettable guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead FOH operations with a hands‐on, guest‐focused leadership style

• Interview, hire, train, and develop team members

• Drive service excellence and maintain a high‐energy dining atmosphere

• Manage scheduling, labor planning, and daily operational flow

• Partner with BOH leadership to ensure smooth, efficient operations

• Maintain strong cost controls, including COGS and labor

• Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and fun

• Be the “mayor of the restaurant” — visible, engaged, and guest‐obsessed

Viable candidates must have the following background :

· Must have experience as a salaried, full service Restaurant Manager

· Must have management experience in leading FOH & BOH operation

· Must have understanding of restaurant COG's control

· Must have and be able to demonstrate planning and organizational skills

· Strong interpersonal and team building skills are essential
