Manufacturing Test Technician

Job Description

You’ll join a small team that solves unusual aerospace and turbomachinery test problems. One week you might build a spin-test fixture. The next, you might instrument a turbine component or work with an engineer to support a customer. You’ll see the whole project through, from setup and instrumentation to testing, analysis, and customer support.

We’ll train the right person on our specialized test processes. No spin-test experience is required.

What you’ll do

Build, set up, and maintain test fixtures and high-speed rotating equipment
Install instrumentation and run data acquisition during tests
Troubleshoot, repair, and improve complex mechanical systems
Work directly with engineers and customers on test programs

What we’re looking for

Strong mechanical aptitude and real hands-on experience. School projects, co-ops, military service, and personal builds all count.
Ability to read engineering drawings
Someone who enjoys building things, diagnosing problems, and seeing the results of their work

Nice to have

GD&T knowledge
Experience on a manual or CNC lathe or mill
Exposure to instrumentation, sensors, or data acquisition
A degree or certificate in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Robotics, Aviation Maintenance, or a related field
