Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Civil Litigation Attorney in Worthington, Ohio. Serve as lead-trial counsel under supervision in all facets of civil litigation, including attending hearings and conducting depositions. Draft, edit, and collaborate on trial briefs, motions, and discovery. Communicate effectively with clients regarding fees, costs, litigation risks, and strategies. Requirements 0-3 years of litigation experience. Ohio Bar license in good standing. Strong academic performance in legal writing and trial-related classes. Achievements in mock trial or moot court. Experience or education in civil litigation and/or consumer protection preferred. Education Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Certifications Ohio Bar license.
