Truck Driver CDL A Regional Solo

Position Description Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Front Royal, VA. The role offers weekly pay with an estimated weekly salary of $1,505 or more, a schedule from Sunday to Friday with no weekends, and start times between 9pm and 11pm. Compensation details: Driver Positions Pay Weekly Solo Miles Pay: $0.65 per mile with 2,200 miles per week Sign on bonuses: $1,250 paid at 30 days and $1,250 paid at 90 days Paid training Schedule: Sunday – Friday, no weekends Start time: 9pm–11pm Route & Equipment Deliver SOLO to: VA, PA, MD, OH, CT, NY, ME, DE, NC, NJ Route: Regional Tractor type: Sleepers Auto restriction accommodated Trailer types: Dry Van, Reefer, 53' Freight: No Touch - Food Endorsements: Hazmat – Preferred Equipment & Maintenance 36 month or newer trucks 24/7 roadside maintenance Fueling at 800 nationwide maintenance locations Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days 80 hours PTO first year, starting day 1 (use it or get paid) Uniforms, cell phone and boot allowance provided Drivers are the captain – you make safety decisions and your job is protected 401(k) rollover available now, company match at 1 year 12 weeks paid maternity leave (subject to eligibility) Employee discounts on tools, vehicles, travel, tech & more Requirements Minimum 21 years of age Pass a Ryder drug test, background and motor vehicle check, DOT physical, and Ryder road test Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle: at least 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR 5 years' experience within the last 10 years Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures Important Note: Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.
