We are seeking a Shipping And Receiving to become an integral part of our team! You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities.

To help with flow of item traffic in and out of the warehouse.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Warehouse Worker Job Responsibilities:

Shipping

• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.

Printing labels from shipstation.

Pulling stock based on orders.

Alert manager of low packaging supply/ item count in a sheet list form ( date/time/ item name/ quantity)

Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.

• Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to the postal office.

  • Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements and arranging for repairs.

Prepare, package, document and deliver outgoing materials.

Receiving

• Receive, confirm, document, and move incoming goods to storage.

• Stage loading and unloading areas with appropriate equipment, materials and space.

• Oversee data system for storage and tracking of goods and shipments.

• Communicate with suppliers, receivers, drivers and staff for smooth shipment.

Inventory

• Log inventory every day.

• Help move inventory from pallet to pallet.

• Rotate inventory signs if need be.

• Move inventory to single item hold area if need be.

• Shifting inventory for organization/ room.

• Enforce inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.

• Restocking necessities like printing paper and markers.

General/ Maintenance

• Carry up to 50 lbs. of different shaped and sized boxes/items.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Keeping a clean work area.

• Responsible for the electronics used within the shipping station. (laptop, printers, etc.)

• Provides quality service by following organization standards.

• Preserves a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.

• Promotes a clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Completes reports by entering required information.
