Job Description Summary The Senior Director, Cross Enterprise Procurement Group (CEPG), leads the Global HFCS & Ingredients Program, overseeing the entire value chain from corn to delivery across the Coca‑Cola system, enabling supply continuity, sustainability, and cost leadership. Team Structure Leads one CEPG Core Team direct report, manages an extended network of bottler procurement & technical leaders, coordinates cross‑functionally with Procurement, Technical, Sustainability, Supply Chain, PACS, Finance, Innovation, R&D, and Operating Unit Leadership. Key Responsibilities Global Category Leadership – Own the end‑to‑end HFCS & Ingredients procurement program, conduct value‑chain mapping, cost modeling, forecasting, and risk assessments, and provide insights to senior stakeholders. Strategic Alignment & Governance – Present business plans, cost outlooks, & strategies to the CEPG Operating Committee, ensure cross‑system alignment, and uphold confidentiality. Supplier & Market Strategy – Lead senior‑level supplier negotiations, drive supplier investments and sustainability programs, assess performance and future capability. Sustainability Leadership – Spearhead the category sustainability strategy, promote Principles for Sustainable Agriculture, decarbonization pathways, and expand supplier participation. Program Execution – Align strategy execution across bottlers, drive sourcing events, long‑term contracts, financial delivery, and strengthen senior bottler relationships. Innovation & Industry Leadership – Identify supply chain optimization opportunities, monitor industry trends, and build long‑term strategic options for competitiveness. Supply Continuity & Risk Management – Develop contingency strategies, long‑term capacity planning, and alternative supply approaches aligned with bottler networks. Leadership, Talent & Network Development – Coach and grow CEPG and system procurement capability and improve global collaboration. Digital & Analytical Excellence – Promote digital tools and AI, strengthen analytical visibility into cost drivers and supplier performance. Required Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. 15+ years procurement/supply chain leadership experience. Proven global Sugar category or multi‑regional leadership background. Strong influence capability across cultures and seniority levels. Supplier negotiation experience at executive level. Ability to travel up to 50% and work across time zones.
