Human Resources Business Partner

Daniels Health is looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and supporting our workforce across the business. You’ll work closely with leaders to provide practical HR guidance, strengthen employee engagement, and support organisational development initiatives. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll help build a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing culture. Your contribution will directly support our wider mission to make healthcare safer and more sustainable. This role will be based on site 3 days per week in Ellenwood with responsibility for other regional locations with some travel expected as part of the role. What You’ll Do: Provide practical and confident advice on employee and industrial relations, onboarding, exits, and organizational development Partner with business leaders to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies Lead presentations and facilitate training sessions to support learning and development initiatives Collaborate with the People & Culture Manager and key stakeholders on workforce planning and organizational design Assist with compensation and benefits administration, including supporting performance review processes Analyze turnover data and provide insights to improve retention and recruitment efforts Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across the organization Support recruitment initiatives in partnership with the hiring team across the U.S. Contribute to broader People & Culture projects as needed to drive continuous improvement What You’ll Bring: 6-12 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations and organizational development Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience Proficiency with Workday and strong computer literacy in Word, Excel, and Outlook Broad knowledge of employment law, recruitment practices, industrial instruments, and performance management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality Collaborative mindset with a proactive, problem‑solving approach and a positive attitude Why Daniels: Industry Leader: Over 20 years of excellence in medical waste management with top‑tier NPS and delivery‑reliability scores 401K Matching: 50% employer match on up to 6% contribution (up to 3% employer contribution), with match starting Day 1, 5 year vesting schedule Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage effective Day 1; paid short-term disability; company‑sponsored life insurance; and more Job Stability: As an essential healthcare service provider, we’re recession‑proof and non‑seasonal Direct hire, Monday - Friday, Empowering, visionary culture: We think differently, act boldly, and value authenticity, creativity, and trust.
