The Bond Agency is looking for a driven Sales Agent who is confident speaking with customers, follows through consistently, and knows how to turn opportunities into sales. Compensation:

• Base salary plus uncapped commission

Responsibilities:

• Working Inbound Leads
• Identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Quote and sell insurance policies
• Cross-sell additional products and coverage
• Follow up consistently on open quotes and sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity in the agencys systems
• Meet individual activity and production goals

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of verifiable sales success working inbound leads
• Active General Lines Property and Casualty license (Required)
• Active General Lines Life, Accident, and Health license (Preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to work independently while contributing to the agency team
