Bilingual Customer Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Coordinator for a temporary opportunity in Fremont, CA. This Spanish/English bilingual role is ideal for an administrative professional who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, account support, and cross-functional coordination.

The Bilingual Customer Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for customers while also supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and HR onboarding activities. This position offers variety, steady weekday hours, and the opportunity to contribute to a busy, team-oriented operations environment where accuracy, professionalism, and responsive service are valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, complaints, and service requests by phone, email, and online portal.
- Provide timely issue resolution, escalate concerns when needed, and maintain accurate follow-up records.
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable documentation, tracking, and account-related follow-up.
- Support HR administrative tasks, including remote I-9 verification through Zoom and new hire onboarding assistance.
- Perform data entry, maintain organized records, and support daily administrative needs across departments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure customer concerns and account-related matters are handled efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Assignment Type: Temporary.
- Duration: Approximately 6 months covering an employee medical leave, with potential for extension based on business needs.
- Location: Fremont, CA.
- Start Date: Immediate availability strongly preferred.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Handle customer complaints, customer service inquiries, and issue resolution through phone, email, and online portals.
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including documentation and account-related follow-up.
- Provide administrative support, data entry, recordkeeping, and coordination for operations and HR processes.
- Assist with virtual I-9 verification, new hire onboarding, and internal communication across departments.

- Fluent Spanish and English bilingual communication skills required.
- 2+ years of customer service, customer relations, or customer support experience.
- Experience handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.
- 2+ years of administrative support and data entry experience.
- Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Comfortable using Zoom or similar virtual meeting platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and organization.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize competing responsibilities, and remain professional in a fast-paced office environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external contacts.
- Ability to start quickly and complete training with the current employee before leave begins.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using a customer service portal, CRM, or ticketing system.
- Experience supporting HR, onboarding, or employment verification activities.
- Prior experience in a business services, operations, or administrative support environment.
- Ability to quickly learn internal systems and follow established processes with minimal supervision.
