Physical Therapist Assistant- Outpatient Ortho/Neuro

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 3 evenings a week until 7pm 2 days a week done at 2pm, including Fridays! No Weekends

Compensation: Hourly range $23-$30/hr based on your experience.

Incentives: $3,000 sign on bonus plus $200 per month in Student Loan Assistance

Unique Location/Job Details: This is a multidisciplinary outpatient center that offers a diverse patient mix including, ortho, neuro, Vestibular/post-concussion, and sports medicine. 2 PTs, 2 PTAs, front desk on staff. Our Select Physical Therapy outpatient center is seeking a licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA) to provide top-notch patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
• CPR certification
