Manager of Clinical Education – Overview
An exciting new opportunity has become available for a Manager of Clinical Education at an award‑winning hospital located in Southeast Missouri. The 200+ bed acute care facility offers services in Emergency medicine, Surgical, Orthopedic, Critical Care, Women’s Services, and more, with state‑of‑the‑art technology and a team dedicated to compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive education programs for healthcare professionals.
- Assess educational needs and design curriculum to enhance clinical competency.
- Deliver training initiatives that align with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with clinical leaders, subject matter experts, and external partners.
- Manage a team of educators, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth.
- Ensure alignment of education programs with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
• More than 5 years of experience in clinical education or related field.
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
