Your Impact

As an IIC Therapist, you will bypass the clinical limitations of a sterile office setting and work directly in the environment where real change happens. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Providing high-impact, short-term therapeutic interventions to youth and families within their homes and communities.
• Designing and implementing creative, individualized treatment plans that foster emotional regulation, coping mechanisms, and behavioral growth.
• Collaborating as a vital team member alongside Care Managers, family support organizations, and the broader treatment team.
• Maintaining crisp clinical documentation, ensuring progress notes are submitted within 72 hours so that care remains seamless.

 

What You Bring to the Team

We value clinical curiosity, accountability, and a genuine heart for systemic family work. To join us, you must have:

• An Active NJ License: LCSW, LSW, LPC, or LAC (Certified Behavioral Assistants with strong clinical trajectories are also welcome).
• A Passion for Youth: Prior experience with children and adolescents is highly preferred, but a strong desire to learn and grow in this space is essential.
• Autonomy & Communication: The ability to work independently in the field while maintaining strong, reliable communication with our leadership team.
• Logistics: A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license to travel to families within Ocean or Mercer County.
