The schedule expectation is 40+ hours a week with a 230AM or 330AM start time. This position requires movement to work in other departments during different shifts as the business needs. Some College preferred.Must have previous experience managing employees or being a team lead.Previous experience in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment.Strong leadership skills.Understanding of supply chain or MRP and pull system desired.Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing to comply with all safety policies and practices.Excellent attendance record.Must be willing and able to work more than 40 hours when needed.Good comprehension and organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and to meet deadlines.Must be a team player with a can do attitude.Power Equipment certification a plus.Show ability to lead others in fast-paced, high-quality work environment.Articulate with good oral and written communication skills.Proficiently use personal computer and Google applications.
