Job Overview A law firm seeks a dynamic and detail-oriented Transactional Associate Attorney in Truckee, CA. This role offers an opportunity to engage in a wide range of transactional matters, providing essential legal support across various practice areas. The ideal candidate will be motivated, proactive, and possess a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, and negotiation. Duties Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including commercial agreements and real estate documents. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support transaction-related decisions. Manage legal case files efficiently using case management software. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to facilitate negotiations. Conduct statutory legal research to ensure adherence to applicable statutes. Contribute to the preparation of legal drafts and reports. Requirements Strong knowledge of contract drafting and negotiation techniques. Proficiency in legal research platforms. Excellent writing skills for clear legal documents. Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently. Effective communication skills for client interactions. Familiarity with legal case management systems. Strong research skills for statutory analysis. Experience in legal motion preparation. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the state bar.
