Desired Qualifications:

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in California
• Previous experience in school-based settings is highly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, educators, and families
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs
• Commitment to supporting student success and fostering independence

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupation-based therapeutic services to students, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student participation in educational activities
• Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide clear documentation of services delivered
• Adapt and modify activities or environmental factors to ensure accessibility and participation for all students
