Overview
Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ER) in Columbia, MO. This travel assignment starts on 09/21/2026 for 13 weeks with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shift is 3x12 Nights in a hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,028 to $2,038. This role supports adult Emergency Care in a fast-paced department with a mix of high patient admissions.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult ED patients, including assessment, monitoring, and stabilization
- Perform line management tasks such as IV insertion and central line care as needed
- Obtain 12-lead EKGs and interpret telemetry; respond to arrhythmias with appropriate actions
- Manage airway support, including CPAP/BiPAP, ventilators, and tracheostomy care as required
- Assist with Cardiac and Trauma protocols, including defibrillation/cardioversion and procedural sedation
- Support patients and families, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and aid throughput in a high-admission ED

Requirements
- Active RN license (Missouri) or eligibility to practice in Missouri
- ER experience: 5 years preferred
- Strong Emergency Department skills with outstanding patient care and teamwork
- Line management skills: IV insertion; PICC/Central line management
- Cardiac skills: ability to obtain 12-lead EKGs; tele interpretation; cardioversion/defibrillation
- Airway skills: procedural sedation; CPAP/BiPAP; ventilators; trach care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced adult ED with a high acuity patient population
