Job Summary

Karl's Wunder Wash (formerly Brentwood Auto Wash) is a family-owned company that thrives on customer service and offers best in class commissions . Our sales team is known around town to be friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. If you are motivated by sales commissions, like working with people and have a "go get 'em" attitude then Karl's Wunder Wash could be the place for you! We offer base pay of $16/hour plus commission and tips . Combined, our sales associates average $27/hour .

We are hiring for full time positions .

Responsibilities

• You will be trained by our top sellers to be set up for success
• You are the first person our customer meets, and you set the stage for the ultimate customer experience with a friendly, welcoming and professional demeanor
• Sell memberships to the Karl's Club and educate customers of its perks
• Understand our POS system and be able to troubleshoot any issues with the help of tech support
• Assist the customers with the kiosk
• Perform various tasks like answering the phone, setting up detail appointments, etc.
• This role will provide you the foundational education and experience needed for all future career growth

Qualifications

• Must have a competitive and confident attitude to achieve sales goals
• Possess a natural sense of urgency while maintaining friendly and courteous attitude
• Be willing to learn and adapt to what has been effective
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times and abide by the Karl's Wunder Wash uniform standards
• Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy working outside in varying weather conditions and on weekends
