Associate Recruiter - Non-Exempt

Job Summary

Reports directly to the VP of Operations or Talent Manager and is responsible for the external sourcing of staff and identification of prospective clients, servicing the staffing operations of the department. Associate Recruiters provide excellent customer service to both field staff and clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruitnew candidates and manage current field staff.

• Calls a volume of candidates per day as assigned by TalentManageror VP of Operations
• Build pipeline of candidates as a resource forleads
• Determinesapplicant qualifications by conducting interviews; analyzing responses; comparing experience to job requirements.
• Works along with HR Coordinators to ensure candidates are compliant prior to job placement.
• Communicate to team any potential employee issues as they arise todeterminethe bestcorrective course.

• Customer Service to both clients and externalemployees.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by TalentManager
• Demonstrate ability to workindependently
• Supports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the companyeffectively.

• Representsthemselves in a positive and professional manner in the company and community.
• Adheres to dress code with a clean and neat professionalappearance.
• Reports on time and as scheduledto complete work within designated time.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook, Employee Agreement, or communicated from executiveteam.

Requirements

• High School Educationrequired- Bachelor's Degreepreferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English - verbal and written (Additional languages preferred)
• PreviousRecruitment or Customer Service Experiencepreferred
• Strong computer skills: comfort with MicrosoftOffice
