About This Role As the RN Manager for Home Health at HighPoint Homecare, you will oversee the coordination and supervision of clinical services, ensuring high-quality care for home health patients in compliance with physician orders and regulations. Highlights Location: Gallatin, TN Facility: HighPoint Homecare Brand/Division: LHC Group Schedule: Full Time Pay: $58,800 - $105,000 annually What You'll Do Provide clinical services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws. Receive referrals, ensure appropriate clinician assignments, evaluate patient orders, and plot start of care visits. Coordinate determination of patient home health benefits, medical necessity, and ongoing insurance approvals. Ensure patient needs are continually assessed and care rendered is individualized to patient needs. Review assessments and plans of care daily and consult clinicians with recommendations as appropriate.
