Associate Brand Manager

Summary The Associate Brand Manager supports the implementation and execution of consumer-centric brand marketing programs for Moët & Chandon to drive brand desirability and commercial growth. This hybrid role (NYC office three days per week) partners cross-functionally with trade, commercial, insights, finance and agencies to bring brand strategy to life. The role is responsible for driving program execution, managing A&P deployment and timelines, and monitoring KPIs to meet volume and profit targets. Responsibilities Support development of annual U.S. brand priorities and contribute to big-idea marketing initiatives. Drive commercial execution of marketing programs and activations to support volume and profit objectives. Assist in A&P deployment strategy and track budget prioritization against brand objectives. Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Field & Trade teams, Commercial and agencies to create elevated POS materials and local activations. Partner with Finance, Strategy & Business Planning, and Intelligence teams to monitor brand health, KPIs and adjust plans as needed. Build and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of brand assets, tools and POSM. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent experience a plus). 3-5 years of brand marketing experience in consumer packaged goods or luxury; wines & spirits experience a plus. Strong business and financial acumen with budget management experience. Analytical skills to support data-driven decision making and KPI tracking. Excellent project, time management and organizational skills; strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel; Photoshop a plus; understanding of the U.S. three-tier distribution system is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
