Overnight Fieldtrip Volunteer/Chaperone

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Brentwood Union School District! Those seeking to be an Overnight Fieldtrip Volunteer/Chaperone (Includes Science Camp) will need to complete and submit the following:

Complete this Volunteer Application (attach identification, TB test or TB Risk Assessment form and mandated reporter training)

Complete Fingerprint Clearance and Return a Signed Request for Live Scan Service Form (no cost options to volunteers when using: Fingerprinting Options - Please call or email for appointment - Diablo Livescan View phone number on click.appcast.io or View email address on click.appcast.io)

Once we receive your application, you will receive an email from Keenan, our compliance platform, with a link to complete the required Mandated Reporter Training. After all documents have been reviewed and the fingerprints are cleared; the Overnight and Driving volunteers will receive a Badge with name printed on it, available for pick-up at the school site.

NOTE: This process only needs to be completed one time.
