The selected consultant will be responsible for developing operational, analytical, and executive-level reports and dashboards supporting Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Talent Management, and other business functions. The role requires strong expertise in Workday reporting tools, calculated fields, data analysis, data validation, dashboard development, and report optimization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience building Workday reports and dashboards, analyzing complex datasets, validating data accuracy, and delivering actionable business insights that support decision-making and operational efficiency. The consultant will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Workday administrators, analysts, developers, and project teams to gather reporting requirements, design solutions, and ensure reporting deliverables meet organizational needs and performance expectations.• 5+ years of Workday Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Reporting Development experience.• Experience designing and developing Workday reports and dashboards.• Experience supporting Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, or Financial modules.• Experience creating and maintaining calculated fields within Workday.• Experience performing data analysis, validation, and reconciliation activities.• Experience gathering reporting requirements from business stakeholders.• Experience developing operational, analytical, and executive reporting solutions.• Experience troubleshooting reporting issues and optimizing report performance.• Experience supporting Workday implementation, upgrade, or enhancement initiatives.• Experience creating report documentation and user support materials.• Experience working with large enterprise datasets.• Strong Workday reporting expertise.• Advanced Workday Report Writer experience.• Strong calculated field development skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Strong data validation and data quality management skills.• Strong dashboard development and visualization skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong business requirements gathering skills.• Ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.• Government or Public Sector experience.• Workday Pro Reporting Certification.• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics.• Experience with Workday Discovery Boards.• Experience supporting Workday HCM and Payroll reporting.• Experience supporting Workday Financial reporting.• Experience with business intelligence and analytics solutions.• Experience supporting enterprise reporting modernization initiatives.• Experience with data governance and reporting compliance requirements.
